About Deborah Ginsburg
Before launching Strategia Design, Deborah served as Director of Strategic Design for both HEB and Ahold. Now, she brings her expertise in corporate branding to retailer clients such as Wegmans, Weis Markets, Best Buy, Smart and Final, Market Basket, and more.
Deborah also has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and small business owners launch new products. Hundreds of local businesses and emerging food and beverage companies have benefited from her guidance to craft their look and bring new products to market.
In addition to being a designer, marketer, and business consultant, Deborah is on the board of directors for WISE (Women Impacting Storebrand Excellence) and has launched a nonprofit initiative called Labels4Good that aims to protect the environment, reduce food waste, and feed those in need.

Candy Piemonte
Creative Director
Candy has over 20 years of experience in consumer design. Whether it’s graphic design, art direction, typography, illustration, or photo art direction, her primary concern is developing brands that emotionally connect with the consumer and increase ROI. She creates strong strategies and positioning for our clients’ brands while always having an emphasis on creativity and value.
Kurt Scaggs
Creative Director
Kurt has 14 years of experience working in all aspects of design and production including graphic design, art direction, typography, illustration, and photography. He is accustomed to deadline driven environments and creatively problem-solving for each brand's unique challenges. He has a superior expertise in collaborating with printers and managing the pre- and post-production process.
Christine Johnson
Marketing + Accounts
Christine is an expert digital marketing strategist and attentive account manager. From a background working with Fortune 500 brands in content strategy, public relations, and community management, she now enjoys bringing data-driven strategies to passionate entrepreneurs. Christine takes pride in going above and beyond for her clients to ensure measurable success.
